PASCAL MATHIEU LIMITED WARRANTY 

At PASCAL MATHIEU, we celebrate individuality through innovative eyewear that combines exceptional craftsmanship, signature design, and cutting-edge innovation. We take pride in the trust you place in us and are committed to providing you with a seamless and lasting experience. All products purchased through our official online store and authorized retailers are covered by this limited warranty.


What this warranty covers:

She covers any defects in material or workmanship in PASCAL MATHIEU products purchased by customers in the European Union and the United States. It applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


What this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches on lenses, misuse, accidents (including but not limited to collision, fire, and spilled liquids), neglect, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper storage.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers. 


Warranty period:

  • European Union : Two (2) years from the documented date of purchase. 

  • United States : One (1) year from the documented date of purchase. 


How to benefit from the warranty: 

  1. Contact our customer service at conciergerie@pascalmathieu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Send your eyewear along with the RMA number to the address provided.


What will PASCAL MATHIEU do?

Upon receiving and inspecting your eyewear, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defect

  • Replace the eyewear with an identical or equivalent model, subject to availability

  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible


Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

 

Out-of warranty repairs: 

If your eyewear does not qualify for warranty service, we offer repair services at a quoted cost.
