The delivery costs

Shipping is free worldwide.

Delivery Date

Any order placed on the PASCAL MATHIEU website will be prepared and shipped within 72 hours, subject to payment validation (see payment validation section).

PASCAL MATHIEU undertakes to deliver items ordered and paid for by the customer within the following deadlines:

In metropolitan France:

The purchase of a product will result in shipment by parcel, with delivery within 72 hours on average, counted from the shipping date, Monday to Friday.

In Europe and international:

Delivery: 1 to 30 days from the shipping date, depending on the destination zone (average delivery time), calculated from the date of shipment, Monday through Friday.

If the items have not been delivered within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date specified at the time of order, and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the customer may cancel the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to: Pascal Mathieu, 156 Allée des Champs du Savoy, 74400 Chamonix Mont-Blanc, France.

All amounts paid by the customer will then be fully refunded.

The customer has a period of 60 business days from the date of shipment to request cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of the items on the grounds of non-delivery. 

No delivery claims will be accepted after this period.

The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered items.

Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing items relative to the delivery note, damaged or opened parcel, broken or defective items, etc.) must be reported within three days of delivery.

Any open, incomplete, or damaged parcel or item must not be accepted by the Buyer. The Buyer must notify any issue encountered within a maximum of 72 hours.

The customer can track the parcel on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided electronically following the success of their transaction.

The delivery methods

By carrier within France and internationally.

This delivery method guarantees the Buyer delivery of their parcel within 2 to 5 days following dispatch (for metropolitan France). 

Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. The parcel is handled by the carrier and delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

 

Returns

We are sorry to have to return your sunglasses. Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original case, with the cleaning cloth and original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
